The technique is infusion.  Both skins and the core are laid into the mould (strip planked) and vacuum applied.  Once all the holes are sealed, a pipe is taken from under the vacuum bag and dropped into a drum of mixed resin/hardener.  The vacuum sucks the resin into the laminate and when it is saturated, the inlet pipe is sealed and the whole lot left to cure.
 
Pretty stressful, but very quick once the bugs are sorted.  Google infusion for more on the technique.
