And it's not that serious except to designers
like Rob with a marketable product. Should I not warn
him, others?

He told me he didn't have one at the time.
And it came out almost completely identical to my
design, considering mag lead time, he had to do it
right away.
It's all legal though, just a little
unethical. At least he could have credited me. I was
rather startled to see it in Multihulls so fast.
