Mark and I are in the process of handing over our extensive
responsibilities to you so Harryproa may continue and we may pursue
other opportunities. In doing so there are legalities and due process
to consider and hopefully all will be finalised within this week or
next.

We wish you well in your continued venture, and hope the Harryproa
community flourishes.
