Mill Cr which flows into Worton Cr and then into upper Chesapeake bay (on east side) .The creek has a narrow channel along the bank with only 2 or 2 1/2 feet at high tide in the channel. the rest of the creek is a mud flat with barely enough water for a canoe. I have a TT720 which I motor out at high tide and sometimes even then if wind has been blowing for a while out of north the water is out of creek and I can't get out !
I am planning on building a 12 m Harryproa in part due to the shallow draft. It may have to sit on a mud flat at low tide as it may be to wide to make it up the channel to the dock.
