Hello Rob,
You have been talking about Polycore, how does this compare to Nida Fusion ? The STF Nida Fusion is supposed to be flexible I believe.
http://www.nida-core.com/english/fusion.htm
I really don't know much abought it but am wandering if it would be good for your boats ?
There are a number of other products that Nidacore makes that may also be useful.  I will try to contact the company to get samples.

Happy sailing,

G'day,

I won't be home tomorrow, or much of the weekend. Or mornings next
week. School holiday stuff.

It is a different technique to the first hull which had no compund
curves. The technique was definitely a success, although I completely
ballsed up the second piece when I did not line the frames up
properly. I then ballsed up the first end as well trying to make them
match.

This one will havecompound curve, below the waterline. The next one,
maybe above it as well.

regards,

Rob
