did anyone try epoxy foam with the KSS method? I think epoxy foam
would be cheaper than the other core foams -- and stronger. I'm
playing with volcanic ash (density of 0.2) and short carbon fiber
strands (industrial waste) I'm getting very positive results. I have
access to an instron. I 'm now stuck on a way to make a mold for the
foam; Kss makes some sense.
