FYI, MAS epoxies claim that their system has no amine blush. I
haven't yet tried their products, so I can't verify this, but I'll
definitely give their system a try the next time I purchase epoxy. Up
until this point I've used WEST.

Hello Gardner,Did you pick up resin in person of have it shipped ? What did you think of the store, I have never delt with them but since it is in driving distance from me I will probably visit them the next time I need fiberglass or epoxy resin. I will have to check with them if they can get the Hydropel Ro15 vinyl ester resin infusion resin I am using for float hulls.I removed one of the float hulls yesterday and will be using it for a jig for hull panels to make new resin infused hulls. I will let you know when I am actually doing the resin infusion later this winter if anyone is interested in seeing the process.George KuckChestertown, MDPS, I had to deal with the "amine blush" precipitate when I built my TT 720 with System Three resin.

Hurray! I corresponded with the vendor, who said that the tackiness was probably the amine blush. I have only dealt with West epoxy before, and their blush is not tacky, so I was concerned. In any case, either giving it an extra day, or washing the blush off with water and a scouring pad, seemed to do the trick.
I turned the ww hull over and gave the bottom a coat of epoxy and a layer of 6 oz glass, and the sides a second coat of epoxy, so I am now basically done with that hull until I finish the law hull and crossbeams and I need to make the sleeves to mount the crossbeams (not permanently) to the ww hull.
Thanks to everybody for the information and encouragement. I was pretty worried.
