G'day,
lw hull shape is considerably lower, if you go with the single beam. I will tart the picture up and post it in Files if you want to use it. Main advantage is ease of building and ease of folding, but it will also be easier to walk on, no spray from the beams, no tramp to tighten (loose safety nets either side) less windage and the weight is more central.
