Your rudders are fine. Each is easily strong enough to stand on to
right the boat. It floats on the mast, but only just. 20 kgs of kid
hanging onto the trampoline will send it under. The water in the mast
sock makes it harder to get up, I will try a lashed on mainsail when I
can find one. Need to fasten the mast to the boat as otherwise, when
it capsizes and weathercocks with the mast head to windward, the boat
blows downwind, leaving the mast behind. Very scary.

Dampier for the off season sounds like a good idea. Gives you a
chance to write some magazine articles!
