Somewhat agree. Check out the US forestry sheathed gluelam tests. If one prime coat with a resorsinol primer means easier catalyzing, less goo factor, no dermatitis, less money. my bank manager and doctor would say goo for it. Where are the chemists when you need them? I am planning to order custom paulownia plywood WBP glue. It weighs up at more than 35% lighter than gaboon marine ply. any interest out there?

If I was going to vinylester, I would go to synthetic core, allowing one sided skinning and easy bending. Marine ply is too expensive to risk. If I was using external grade ply , I would consider it.
