Hi,

I got Derek's DVD on KSS and he shows in there that he fills the angle
iron with thickened epoxy, coats the PVC with fiberglass and attaches
that to the thickened epoxy. After it is all cured, the PVC tube is
removed and the quarter round (roughly) epoxy/fiberglass mold is
removed from the angle iron. What he doesn't show is just how big a
radius he is making, or how flexible it is.
