Perhaps you could design bridge cabin with sitting headroom and a pop top (or fixed open side) .  At night while at anchor you can raise pop top with role down clear sides for standing headroom.  You would have standing headroom in hull section of windward hull, correct ?

Same style can be used, but headroom doesn't change so it may look
boxy, or you may be crouching. I think Ono doesn't quite have full
standing headroom as is, so probably crouching.
