Bluesea yachts in China has shipped the first Hariettes to New Zealand
and France with the 3rd one going into service in China in 2 weeks and
2 more Hariettes under construction.
For interested parties the 6 meter "Super Hariette" will be produced
next as the molds are completed. 2.3m/8' wide, sail area 16 sqm/175
sq', weight 150 kg/330 lbs, payload 150 kg.
Anybody interested in either boat should contact Rob or myself for details.
The first Sailing school in Southern China is being set up using
Hariettes as training boats together with some children's prams
similar to the Optimist.
At a later stage we will add the 6 meter Hariette. This should be
interesting for Proa fans to learn to sail them first and see what
they are all about.
Bluesea yachts also delivers windsurfer equipement and is set up for
making really big masts and rigs as well as custom proas of up to 25
meter for the LW hull.
It is our policy to only deliver high end products with very strict QC.
