Forgot the camera again, but it is now ready for the roof to go on, or would be if I hadn't stuffed up the Rhino model of the end pieces. Easy fix on Monday/Tuesday, roof on on Wednesday, barring incidents.

So far it has all been done with diamond cutter to trim the panels, electric screwdriver and a straight edge. No fairing battens, level, sandpaper or bog. Won't need any of them until the foam bows are shaped with sandpaper and fairing batten, but as these are only 1m/40" x 200mm/8" x 400mm/16", they won't take long.

Spent most of Thursday brainstorming with Bill Hollier, ex Little America's Cup helmsman, builder of tortured ply Tornados and infuser of 55' moulded cats. Lots of ideas on how to do it quicker next time, including the obvious (in retrospect) one of putting joins in the middle of the flats, instead of on the corners.

Hope to infuse the lee hull panel this week, including the tow for the rudder mounts which will be much neater and stronger than doing them post infusion. Also starting the 12m table. Going to use an old container cut in half as the base. Cheaper, easier and more solid than any other option.
