Hi Rob,

I downloaded your solitarry spreadsheet again and just want to make
sure I understand it. The major question is if I should just be
looking at the first sheet in the file. There seems to be a second
sheet that references alot of stuff I don't think are from Solitarry.
Chris costs, etc. Did you mean to upload that?

On the first sheet, it looks like your materials costs so far (up to
Sept 29) are about $7000. Then about 80 hours to build 5 panels.

There seem to be more than 5 panels in the pictures, so maybe that is
out of date. It would seem that the lw hull would be 3 panels (left,
right and deck). Is the ww hull just left, right and deck?

Anyway, from the spreadsheet, it looks like the total cost up to Sept
29 is a bit over $13,000, counting your time also at $60/hr.

>From the 2nd sheet of the spreadsheet, it says "Mast and Beams total"
3352. Is that pretty much what you expect for Solitarry? Add in
rudders and more labor for finishing things and it looks like you are
heading for a budget of about $30K. Does that sound about right?

Another question: the ww deck in the pictures looks like it is just
draped over the ww hull. Is it foam, or just fiberglass? It seems too
flexible for a deck.

I am always amazed how you seem to be able to make boat building
quicker and cheaper on every boat!
