Send the large files along any time -- no worries.  It's the least I can do while you graciously answer all of our questions, no matter how often the answers end up being the same.

Any kind words are well deserved.  Your skill in terms of coming up with novel solutions to age-old problems is great.  But what's more impressive is your ability to deal with the shear level of resistance, negativity, and strong opinions that your designs evoke.  That, more than the harryproa design, is what's going to make the boats successful in the long run, even if the success is only in a niche.

Without your patience, you'd just be another Fritz Roth.  Not that there's anything wrong with Fritz.  He actually makes me happy at times.  But no one is ever going to take him seriously.  (of course, a vector foil that doesn't work at low speeds, or in seaweed, will also have something to do with it).

But enough of the Rob fan club for now.

I just had to mention your patience for one email thread, and didn't want to be a brown-noser in the discussion group.  Most of the feedback you get is either for or against your designs, normally from those of us who aren't going to test our own ideas.  Someone should note the qualities that are a big part of what you offer everyone.  I promise to find a way to insult you later on. ;-)

  Happy holidays.

You beaut! Many thanks. I don't have Photoshop, so I will send you
any other big files.

Thanks for the kind words. Egos and chat groups are not a good mix,
especially if you are trying to convince people about something.
Solitarry has ground to a halt until after Xmas, but hopefully I will
get back to 10-20 hours a week between then and the school hols. The
fun part (the folding and producing things from flat panels) on the
hulls is mostly done, now it is just boatbuilding, which gets very
tedious, very quickly.
