Those aren't boards - they're Moth-style hydrofoils.

Another interesting feature is that the center "cassette" slides along the beams to adjust the hydrofoil centers of lift wrt windward/leeward balance.

Lastly, it uses a wand to control angle of heel. Doesn't seem to hit Rave or Trifoiler levels of speed, though.
