THere is a bit of leeway, depending on how much carbon you use.  Suggest you get Gordon's book, "Why we don't fall through the floor" and it's succesor, which has all the beam sizing info you need in the appendix.  As a guide, Vis beams are 300 high, harry beams are 200.

I am guessing at about 6" high, just for drawing purposes, but it could change things if I am underestimating too much.
