Thanks for that feedback, but how about if a wave comes up to slap on the front bit? Is the weight of engine enough to keep the whole lot down in position?
If you have''t used it in the choppy weather then it may not have been possible to observe what happens.
What is noisy?

Havent tried that. Our sleds are hanging, not floating. They work fine , but are noisy. I am now improving spray deflection by deepening the V-section on the bottom of the sleds
