I don't know of any harrys that have fitted autopilots, but see no reason why any of the commercial ones would not work.  There will be issues with auto tacking and gybing, which can probably be configured in the expensive units, but for course keeping any tiller or wheel unit will be fine as long as it is disengaged when shunting and reset on the new course.
