need a whole lot more information (payload, boat weight, sail area, use, hull shape, prismatic, etc etc) before I would recommend anything.  But 22" on 32' is 17:1 l/b, so if everything else was good, it would get along pretty quickly.

Maybe do a 20' foot long hull with a 14''wide keel depending on how much weight I decide to carry over on windward hull!?
