No sorry. I think if I had an offshore multihull and being cheap, I
would make my own. It would take me more time to research than I have
now but I would start with finding an industrial solenoid and then
design a release for the cleat using some kind of pin arrangement to the
cleat. I would try to use a shift cable so the whole thing could be
located in a safe place below out of the spray. The electrical part
with a level switch should be relatively easy. I imagine there would be
some experimentation with the switch to get the heal settings right.

It all sounds kind of Rube Goldbergish but I kind of like that :).
