No idea of time and money. The builder is on the list, so may let us know.  My bet is that up to the fitout stage, it would be difficult to build it any quicker and cheaper than the infused flat panels using plastic honeycomb.  After that, most methods are pretty similar, although having lots of straight lines makes fitting out the interior much quicker.

Helena was taking videos (particularly of the shunts) and lots of stills.  They are travelling at the moment, so presumably have not had time to send them to me.  As soon as they do, I will put them up.  The toilets have room for showers, but they are not installed yet.  The layout is the same as Rare Bird, see http://harryproa.com/building_Vis/Vis_img_r1.htm  but with toilets in both ends and the extra length making a bigger saloon.
