Spent 4 hours yesterday rebuilding the laminating table, cutting (twice) the foam, glass and carbon for the top mast.

Today laid up the carbon tow (horrible job without a wet out machine, not at all confident that it has wet out properly) and the inner skin. Took 5 hours as the first job was bogging the foam to fill the 1mm perforations at 20mm centres.

This was the only foam available (the state of the boat building industry in Aus is so dire that Divynicell no longer cut foam here, they bring it in from overseas), apart from Corecell which is twice the price.

Will shape it using the lower mast as a mould, and hopefully tow and skin the outside on Monday. Photos don't show much, so none taken.
