This thread has been very interesting.  Most of my experience with "copper bottom paint" was many years ago and was "ablative" but it was banned. See  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-fouling_paint for some background.  Interesting. The copper and graphite in epoxy sounds like a winner BUT requires cleaning very often or the little buggers will get a foot hold....or a toe hold and it must be removed by hand....JIB.

Yes it is equal amounts of graphite and copper by volume.
