Haven't got an exact number as yet, but it looks like masts ~$14,000 each, beams a bit over half this, rudders we are still talking about. At the moment the Speer sections look good on shafts in the hull (same as your idea), which are easy enough to build that the engineer won't be needed.
Would you be willing to post the estimate for having the rig, beams and rudders built by the engineer? That is one of the options I have considered, so I am really curious. I am just looking for a ballpark estimate, withing $5K or so.
