The boats are either built on a flat table with core removed where they bend, or in a mould with large radius fillets joining two pieces (bottom sides or deck sides) with joins made as part of the infusion.  Neither of these are easily modelled in sheet material.

Happy to supply drawings/dimensions to make sailing models, but they would not mimic the build technique.

Wouldn't it make sense to sell a CNC-cut 1/8" plywood or plastic model kit? People (like me) would buy it to see how the parts go together without having to do any work to loft or lay out the parts. A little superglue is all you'd need. You could probably make the parts using a cheap "maker" type CNC machine.

The fastest boats are proas or kiteboards.  Here are a couple more proas:

By the way, the new fastest sailing vessel in the world is a proa, albeit not like any other proa you have ever seen.  Paul Larsen and Vestas SailRocket 2 took it from 55 knots to 59.1 knots.  Pretty awesome result for over 10 uears work.
