Not the latest, just the next after Blind date and Rare Bird.  El's rudders are on drums that rotate around the beam.  The latest are on drums in the hull.  Reason for this is to keep the beams clear for the dinghy ramp.  One builder has combined the 2, will have drums inside the beams with the rudders on the leeward side of the hull.

Rob, in the other forum you mention that the rudders on the El are the latest generation. Is that the model for the drum like feature visible on the Luca Antara?
The El has sliding in beams. The Flasharry is also going to have that, but that was the reason for not having beam mounted rudders. Can you clear up this apparent contradiction? Thank you
