Mike, are you sure a foiling proa would need to shunt? Assuming the long hull (beam) carrying most of the weight with its "front" and "back" foils in a stable angle decalage with regard to pitch. The foil on the other side would determine heel and push up in "atlantic" mode and down in "pacific" mode. It works on the back of this envelope ;-)
