I had a Boat (mono, 37ft) in Kroatia - that did cost me about 5.600€ marina fee per year. That was an average price, you can get it a little bit cheaper and definitely much more expensive if you want. For multis the marinas charge 1.5 to 2 times more... If you take the boat out every time (and can do that without external aids) it gets cheaper because you do not have to rely on marinas. Putting the boat to Greece can be cheaper because there are harbours where you do not pay anything at all - but you don't have any facilities there and nobody watches the boat.
