I sent Polysail and Sailrite the same information (based on Sailrite's web form) and got back an initial quote from Polysail of slightly less than $1,000 and from Sailrite $1,500.  Dave also requested a sailplan and came back with the above after I sent it to him.  I have not yet sent the sail plan to Sailrite.

I am on the way to completing counter rotating rudders and will add carbon fibre beams attached with ropes similar to what Wharram does.  Rudders are also attached and connected with ropes.  Still sourcing materials here in Thailand and making lots of mistakes along the way.

The mast will be as per the plans Rob supplied 3 years ago.  Hope to have a blog up by year end - another learning experience.  Have taken lots of pictures that will go in the blog.
