Sorry for long absence.

No great internet availability and also not progressed greaty in any new Harry construction, so not much to input to group.

 

Just thought had better note that the beams are already carbon.

Triangular section with carbon solid rods at corners.

Only the short piece of extra legth join in the middle was rudimentry plywood and glass.

You can see the thick part where the overall beam was widened so that some extra reinforcement at the join of the two halves of sliding beams were joined.

Incidently out of interest - original dimensions were good, bt maybe over consservative in wideneing it to have less response to a wind gust.

Could lift hull a little before, but probably pretty hard to do with the extra width and the extra cabin structure.
