One more plus in safety for the HP. When the rig came down on the GB55 the mast/boom compressed the roof and broke a window but apparently without water ingress. The schooner HP would not have any problem, at least not with the booms. The single mast HP only in the unlikely event that the mast would fall to winward and the boom hit the roof. 

I am pretty happy HP's are for sissies who don't eat Kevlar for breakfast!
