I am more used to seeing hollows in the waterlines, I guess.
Do you have the water surface profile prediction along the sides of the hull?

That hull had a design speed of 3.3m/s with a displacement of 180kg.
It is not unusual to get concave surfaces in hulls having relatively low speed to length. The bulbous bow is an example of concave surfaces reducing wave making.
