sounds doable;
But you can still do  queen size if you are traverse to the hull (as they are) and over the isle. Some queen size are narrower at 1.53m, plenty of space there if the cabin door is between the isle steps and the main saloon. The head being a 2 way to both sides. In this way you have room for cabin amenities like lockers etc because each cabin owns that space adjacent to it.

As bunks are high, they are at the bridgedeck floor height, no need to make any other blisters or changes to the hull.

My take on it is, hulls dont appear to get much wider or narrower no matter the length. The difference is the weight of bridgedeck cabin you can afford (have a few ideas there) and the length of the LW hull. Harrigami makes me think I can get 2 out of 3 for sure. A large saloon is a bit of an ask though.
