Jeff,
Flash Harry was styled by me, the new one, styled by Steinar, is on the drawing board, will be on the web page when it is finished.
We decided to only keep current/relevant projects on the blogs to keep it simple. Flash Harry is happening, but slowly. The owner is also building a house.
Rob,
Hulls folded from a single sheet work well for Solitarry sized ww hulls, but get time consuming for bigger versions. We are now building the hulls in flat panel moulds, which gives a lot more options and is less messy. No excess to trim off for a start, and landings for everything can be included. On the lee hull of the Cruiser 60, there should be no wet laminating or fairing apart from the foam hull ends, which are built traditionally.
Luc,
Conventional cat hulls built this way would be a bit more work, due to the rocker, but otherwise, you are correct.
Rob/Talador,
Standardising the interior saves a lot of time and money, as does eliminating corners and indents in bunks mattresses. A lot of IKEA stuff is usable, but I'd steer clear of anything mdf based on a weight, soakage and rot basis. As long as the interior is simple, it is very quick to infuse it and to include all edge finishing, doors, hatches, joins, etc. Then glue them into slots in one half of the hull and glue the other half onto them, using slots which were included in the infusion.
