Certainly it is better to know all the intentions, where its all going from the start, and refine the design to suit. Being mindful of where weight can be handled and ensuring those values fit within the allowable scope. It seems that with the infusion process in particular, you need to have preselected hardware, know where it is all going, and make provision for it during construction.

With such big boats being independent of shore could be seen as a good thing, especially if you can leverage that against moorage fees as opposed to marina docks. In any event when she goes cruising the boat is capable of operating over a far wider sphere, and the system approach is easier to maintain.
