Rob, something else to think about along those lines, at one point I
crunched some numbers. From the published info, both Blind Date
and Rare Bird clocked in at a very similar rate for hours / pound.Â
Rare Bird was .67 hours / pound and Blind Date was .71
hrs/pound.
Until someone finishes an infused design or at least gives an official
estimate, you could scale those figures by the estimated 25-50% savings,
and apply to the weight of any design. I like my dreams to have
numbers, even if I make them up or infer them...
Is there a weight estimate for the Cruiser 60 yet? I don't find it
with a quick review of the group.

Sorry,
It's BS
You need less hours to build a heavier boat, so that it's a coincidence
those numbers are more or less alike.
A very effective building method rendering a light bout would again give
you the same number.
The number is meaningless.
It's time you stop talking and start building.
