This may work for a classic Pacific proa but in a HP the ww hull is meant for people. A rigid connection to the lw hull would provide a better ride I would think. The praocargo reserves the lw hull for cargo and the ww hull for the crew. So weight distribution wise it more closely resembles a Pacific proa but the people are quartered in the ww hull.
