and congratulations on another very interesting design concept. 

I have been considering a modified version of the Expeditionarry for a while, but if I can stretch my budget and building space to a 12m, the Exhilarator 40 may be a better starting point for my needs.  Are there any parts here longer than 10m, except for the masts?

I like the folding option, as marina berths are expensive here too, and special ones for multihulls hardly exist.  Boat ramps are also too narrow for multihulls.  The way you seem to have utilised the strong mast lower section as the hinge pin looks very clever, if feasible.  Lots of strain on that mast though.   Is there a patent issue with scissors folding?

The folding may pose some challenges in fitting an engine (or two?) for auxiliary propulsion, but I guess this can be solved.

I also like the potentially low windage and I do not really need full standing headroom inside.  Is there full standing headroom in the galley?

But I am with Luc here in wanting a sheltered, and preferably even heated, steering position.   That may be from inside the cabin of this one.  A cantable steering wheel as Luc suggests?  Or if steering with tillers, a telescopic extension may extend into the cabin through the door or an opening.  The two sheets may be brought inside similarly, but winches may have to stay outside.  I will need somewhere to sit comfortably though, facing forward.  I guess the seemingly obvious position at the door opening do not have much legroom here, and I may not want to compromise bridgedeck clearance, but i guess this can be solved too.

But of course, then I would need windows all the way around, and they need to be on level with my eyes as I sit with the tiller.  When this inside position is most needed there will also be lots of spray (or rain or sleet) and the windows must be kept clean.  With narrow windows, vipers may not be so efficient, but maybe I can find some water-repellant polish  that will keep them clean enough.
