not for me
but a lot of people should be very interested in this
dare say an even smaller version on the same concept would make a practical trailer boat where the market would be quite large

Working on it.

I really like how the hulls look out of infused flat panels,
they are quite handsome, I wouldnt have said that about the previous ones
and it is refreshing to see another layout concept
folding cross beams and bows a complete surprise!

at 1800lbs EW and 550sqft this thing should fly
I remember once looking at a Tahiti Ketch by Weston Farmer at circa 18,000lbs and 550 sqft !

Rob you are certainly 'the' innovator of this space.

More Steinar than me.

on another note, I was going to start another thread but Im not really ready
Ive been thinking about CF box spars with aero fairings to reduce costs
this is much the same method by which aircraft wings are being produced

Let us know when you are ready.  For beams on relatively low speed boats, the fairings do not make a huge difference compared to rounded edge rectangular section or round, both of which are appreciably lighter and easier to build.  For wing masts, especially unstayed ones, this is a good technique.
