Okay, I see where the galley would go -- in the same spot as it currently is. That was a silly question.
But what about a head in the ww hull? It would be nice to have at least an enclosed sit-down composting toilet in the windward hull.
I don't mind having to go outside to take a shower, but if the weather is ugly, it would be a bummer to get soaked if all you need to do is take a quick potty break. I've also become a fan of sit-down toilets in recent years, partially because this is the proper way to use a composting head anyway, and partially because I'm tired of cleaning up mistakes from friends who think their aim accounts for the motion of the boat.
It would actually be really cool to have two showers and composting toilets in a boat this size, but that might be pushing it.
