If you look at pictures you will see that you could have your standing bathrooms at each end. Instead of the V berth you would have a berth accross. Same difference. A composting toilet of 45 cm width exists leaving 25 cm for passing by with a hull width/aisle of 70 cm still staying below 10:1 with a 8.5m length ww hull, isn't it? The cabin in the pictures is probably somewhat wider than 1.5m but that is enough for a settee space.
