Most seats are 16 to 18 inches off the floor. Most folks need 36 inches above the seat for headroom. Looks like there could be 4 inches above his head. Also, there is a "footplate" that folds out with at least another 12" under that. Plus a 4 inch blister in the cabin top. 17+36+4+12+4=73 inches of headroom
