The acrylic windows on Rare Bird are almost impossible to see through.  Recent acrylics seem to be much longer lasting and have different treatments for uv and heat reflection.   Bonding them in is much better than fastenings.   Flat windows seem to last longer than curved ones. 

Good ideas on the dishracks, etc.  Thanks.

I like the integrity of bonded in windows, I just think that ultimately they will be stronger, cheaper and probably easier to facilitate. But I worry about having to replace the glass after years of use due to crazing.

Does anyone have any advise on that?
