Rick, I have yet to see a wing design except for the Greenbird design that incorporates a stabilizer.  A fixed wing behind the main wing with a trim tab on it.


All the designs I have seen either use just a wing with a traveler or a foil that acts solely as an elevator behind the wing.  Your criticisms of the wing are 100% valid with those two control methods. A wing attached to a traveler is going to need constant adjustment, even at anchor, and a wing with an elevator only will never be stable, because it will always be offset (even if just by a little) and produce lift.

This really does work.
