This is such a mix of units I cannot hope to sort it out in an email.  Bjorn has taken on that difficult challenge.  I have tried and obviously failed to educate this fictional character..

A picture is worth a thousands words.  This is roughly what I claim you will need to get 10kts in a 5T boat pushing into 20kts of wind in 2m seas - something capable of 11.4kW continuous - this is rated at 13.2kW at 50Hz:







Take this as indicative - there are other possibilities that could be lower weight.  It would be reasonable to remove the fan and radiator and replace with a cooling plate on the hull.
