Most of them, and sundry rotating wing masts we have built have had plain plastic bearings at a couple of hundred bucks each, and then used as moulds for an epoxty ring around the mast.  We did build a spherical ring bearing with plastic bearing for a wing mast rig, cost a couple of grand. 

For a wing rig, it would need to be less friction than either of these, I think, unless some dampening is required.  Less friction implies roller elements, occasional greasing and either stainless shells or regular maintenance.  Plenty of these available for industrial equipment or off the shelf.
