Thanks a lot Rob for the comments.

Do you think the trampoline sliding down on the lee side for folding (and trailering), and pulling it to ww side to make it tight (since the beam are angled outward) would work ?

As you suggest I will try to make a step to make a 1m height lw hull fit under the bridge deck.

I also reworked the interior, I think the interior make a lot of sense now. Plenty of counter space and cabinet storage, separate head and shower (about 0.8mx1.4m), main cabin entrance directly from saloon with space to add cloth locker, seat and still have a 1.4mx1.95m bed.  I attached 3 New interior picture (and added them to the Luc s harry folder).
But since the bridge deck floor goes all the way to ww now, all the space in the narrow lower part of the ww hull is totally useless. Also the other problem with this design is that folded on trailer the boat become a 3.5m high monster !!!

So I started minimizing the monster by removing the useless space and doing more folding. I added a 3 pictures of the now still a beast but not a monster anymore ...   I named it the bug :-)
The least I can say it that the design is "special", there is no other words to describe this ...

It look to me that there are huge benefits though !
- The ww hull lost 16 sqm of external surface area (now 60 sqm for both ww hulls), so a good weight loss!
- Aerodynamics look to be much better.
- There is little internal "usefull" space lost from the previous version, so all the good remained exept the look :-)
- It is now 2.4m high folded (and could be less :-) instead of almost 3m.

Beside the hell of a special look, this is I think my ideal minimalist cruiser ...
A Harry Proa for the sailing characteristics (fast, safe, light, easilly sailed single handedly)
800 kg payload
Seperate head and shower with full standing headroom
Big main cabin (with close to standing headroom) so enough space for a good cloth locker, seat
Galley with good counter space and stove, sink, fridge, freezer
Fold to 2.4m for trailering
Easy to build using curved flat panels :-)

CAN'T WAIT to see the C40 now!
