Asked myself the same question, then discovered it hanging down ("between" the winches) :-)Rob,
The size of the toybox does look huge ! Might be good to say a word about it on the web page, it is very nice to have that much space on top.
I would put a door (or many smaller) on the side of the box, which become the top when folded to gain access to anything needed at dock. This section could be compartmentalized so the stuff does not fall all the way down when folded.
I come to realize that it is a very big flat hard deck !!! You are competing the party boat and pontoons (or also called party catamaran since they put sails up just for the show).
Might have discovered Gardner's real intent for the boat :-) Sorry girls only ...
